The Elite

Chilean Seabass stuffed with Lobster
Sweet Sherry Lobster sauce.

Chicken Madagascar
Boneless breast with Spinach & Swiss cheese then sautéed with
Wild mushrooms and rosemary  in a cabernet veal reduction over pasta.

Filet Bleu
Stuffed with Jumbo lump crabmeat and bleu cheese.

Grouper Piccatta
Fresh local Grouper seared then topped with mushrooms and capers
In a lemon chardonnay sauce.

Chicken Marsala
Marsala wild mushroom demi-glaze.

NY Strip
With a brandy peppercorn cream sauce.

 

The Encore

Walnut crusted Salmon
Drizzled with a citrus beurre blanc.

Lemon Chicken
Presented with Sautéed spinach, shallots  and lemon butter sauce.

Prime Rib
Cooked to perfection served with au jus.

Choice of one Dessert: Chocolate Cake, Bread Pudding, Carrot Cake or Cheese Cake.
